Concerns about online transactions

Many of our customers are concerned about online transactions, particularly giving out their credit card numbers over the Internet. To address this concern, MStore uses Netscape's Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL), which delivers server authentication, data encryption, and message integrity.

To allow the pages to load as quickly as possible as you browse the store,we have disabled the security until you place your order. When you get to the point of placing an order and entering your credit card, SSL is implemented and your Internet communications are transmitted in encrypted form. Information you send can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered at the MStore and nowhere else. Your transactions with MStore are as safe as other credit card transactions you may make, whether over the phone or in person. As an extra precaution, we have implemented a $1,000.00 per order ceiling.

Satisfaction guarantee

Your purchase of AMOK6 Cool Stuff is covered by a 30 day, no questions asked, total satisfaction guarantee. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to decide whether you want to keep your purchase. If you decide send it back for any reason, please call 800-766-4077 in the US or210-344-6899 and ask for the MStore Customer Service Department and request a Return Authorization number. Please have your receipt ready for your customer and order number. Our MStore Customer Service Department will issue you a RA# and a specific address to return your items to. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the original purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges.

We're sorry that we are not able to issue refunds for merchandise that has been worn, laundered, customized or that is otherwise not in like-new condition.

Which browsers can I use?

For presentation and security reasons we have designed MStore to workouts with Netscape Navigator 3.0 (2.0 for Mac users) or greater. (Note:We have found beta versions of these and other browsers to not allow completion of transactions.) Other browsers often will not resolve the pages to look like we have laid them out and most cannot process the orders according to our security specifications. Of course, if your browser does not allow online transactions, you can order by phone at 1-210-344-6899.

Navigation within the site

You can see what is in your shopping basket at any time by clicking on"View Basket" at the bottom of each page. In the basket you can change quantities of items already there or take them out. Also note that even if you leave MStore and later return, items you had in your basket are still there. To empty your basket either check the "remove"box next to an item or the "empty" button in the middle of the page in the shopping basket to remove all items at once. If you make changes to some of the items, click "update" to reload the page reflecting those changes.

Also remember that AMD-K6 Cool Stuff logo at the top of each page takes you back to the front page of the store and clicking on a category name at the top of the page takes you the highest level within that category.

Order fulfillment

Once you have placed your order online, MM Productions will ship the merchandise. Our goal is to ship your order within seven business days from when an order is received. However, if there is a back order or any ethereally in processing your order, MM Productions will contact you directly. International orders

For international orders, you may order online or call 1-210-344-6899or fax 1-210-344-5278. International orders must be paid in US funds with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or an international money order drawn on US Funds Please allow time for your order to pass through customs. Allocates exclude customs duty.
