What We Offer
Every project is different. Some clients need a few photo sessions for a reclamation project; others need a full documentary package shot across multiple locations. We work across three core service areas — and if your needs don't fit neatly into one of them, reach out and we'll build something that does.
-
The restoration work, native habitat programs, and biodiversity initiatives your sustainability teams are doing deserve to be told visually — and told well. Most organizations communicate their on-the-ground work through text-heavy reports and stock imagery. We change that.
We understand both sides: the science and the story. With our background in environmental consulting for Fortune 500 sustainability programs, we don't just arrive on site with a camera — we arrive knowing what a pollinator corridor is, why a bioswale matters, and how to frame a reclamation story for investor communications.
Deliverables include:
Site Story Package — A 2–4 minute documentary-style video on a specific habitat restoration, green infrastructure, or biodiversity initiative. May include drone aerials, ground-level photography, ecological text-on-screen callouts, and a short-form social cut.
Sustainability Report Visual Package — Annual photography and short-video content timed to your reporting cycle, delivered for use across stakeholder reports, investor materials, web, and social media.
Stakeholder Communications Video — Internal and external audience-specific edits, executive interview shoots, and event coverage for habitat days and volunteer programs.
Environmental Photography — Still imagery of native plant communities, stormwater systems, wildlife habitat, and green infrastructure for reports, presentations, and digital media.
-
Research that isn't communicated doesn't move people. We work with academic institutions, research organizations, public health initiatives, and science-driven nonprofits to translate rigorous work into visual content that reaches beyond journals and conference rooms.
Our founder is a PhD candidate in Media Communications with master's degrees in Environmental Sustainability and in Health, Science and Environment Journalism.
Science communication isn't a translation exercise for us — it's our native language.
Deliverables include:
Research Documentary Shorts — 3–6 minute documentary-style videos that bring a study, finding, or research program to life for a general or policy audience.
Field Photography — Still documentation of research sites, fieldwork, and scientific processes for publications, grant reports, and institutional communications.
Explainer Video — Short-form visual content designed to make complex scientific concepts accessible to non-specialist audiences, funders, or policymakers.
-
Before you shoot, you need a strategy. Most organizations approach visual content reactively — commissioning photography or video for a single deliverable without a through-line that serves their broader communications goals.
We help sustainability teams, communications departments, and nonprofit leaders think clearly about what stories they need to tell, who they're telling them to, and what content will actually move those audiences.
Engagements include:
Visual Communications Audit — A review of your current visual content strategy with specific recommendations for what to prioritize, what's missing, and where to invest.
Content Strategy Session — A focused working session to map your communications goals to specific visual content deliverables, with a production plan attached.
Retained Advisory — Ongoing strategic counsel as an embedded communications partner, available for sustainability, research, or impact-focused organizations.
